Zscaler is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst, Workforce Management to support their Customer Success team. You'll be pivotal in translating staffing strategies into schedules and enhancing customer experience.

Skills

Scheduling and staffing models
ACD experience
Familiarity with WFM platforms
Analytical ability
Advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

Support staffing strategy and translate it into a schedule
Prepare and publish schedules for global support staff
Maintain daily service level and productivity goals
Evaluate case interaction volume forecasts
Develop daily and monthly reports and analyze case trends

Education

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
