Zscaler is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst, Workforce Management to support their Customer Success team. You'll be pivotal in translating staffing strategies into schedules and enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support staffing strategy and translate it into a schedule
  • Prepare and publish schedules for global support staff
  • Maintain daily service level and productivity goals
  • Evaluate case interaction volume forecasts
  • Develop daily and monthly reports and analyze case trends

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
