Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.The remote Senior Renewals Specialist, reporting to the Manager of Renewals, contributes in promoting long-term customer relationships, to support Zscaler's growing business. In collaboration with Sales, Customer Success and Channel, the Renewals Account Manager will design and implement renewals blueprints, resulting in multi-year commitments that further the customer's digital transformation.Requirements for Success:You will manage renewals in the assigned territory by:• creating and skillfully positioning renewal proposals to partners and customers• driving multi-year renewals• collaborating internally with Customer Success, Sales, and Channel to build a strategic "close plan" that supports the customer's journey and potential upsells• Monitor dashboards and renewals process timelines to ensure proactive engagements resulting in renewals• You will maintain accurate forecasts on a rolling 180-day basis• Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Zscaler's technology, to recognize risk and promote the advantages of our solution against competitors• You will collaborate with Sales Operations to guide tool/process improvements and best practicesWhat We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)• Minimum 3 years in Renewals or related role• Proficiency with Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), CPQ and Salesforce• Understanding of web security fundamentals such as firewalls, proxies, and gatewaysWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)• Bachelor's degree in Business or related degree• You have experience in Strategic decision-making• You have experience with advanced planning and organization#LI-EV1#LI-RemoteZscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
