Staff/Principal Product Manager, SaaS Platform/Cybersecurity Experience Required

Zscaler is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our platform initiatives product management team. The ideal candidate must have experience in building SaaS platforms, cybersecurity, and user experience design.

Skills

Experience in building SaaS platforms and cybersecurity
Technical proficiency in Proxy Architecture, HTTP, DNS, SSL, Malware Detection, IPS, Advanced Threat Protection
Leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams
Strong customer engagement and analytical mindset
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Define and drive the unified user experience for internet access, SaaS, and private applications security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market
Engage with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities
Manage the entire product lifecycle
Act as internal subject matter expert and provide training and support to sales teams

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Master’s or MBA is a plus
