We are looking for a dynamic CEO to lead the company through its next growth phase, building on our momentum to create a globally recognized leader in sustainable tech infrastructure solutions. 

The CEO will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our global strategy. This leader will drive operational growth and ensure that the company's vision and objectives align with our mission to reshape energy efficiency within tech infrastructure. The ideal candidate has deep experience in scaling startups internationally, leading high-performance teams, and successfully raising capital.

💪🏼 What will be your challenges as CEO of ZeroNet IT?

• Strategic leadership: Develop and implement a clear strategic roadmap that accelerates growth and establishes the company as an industry leader in energy-efficient tech infrastructure.
• Team and culture development: Build, inspire, and lead a world-class team, cultivating a culture grounded in collaboration, excellence, and a commitment to environmental impact.
• Operational execution: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all functions work seamlessly to achieve business objectives and meet key performance indicators.
• Market expansion: Drive efforts to expand our presence in international markets, building relationships with strategic partners and customers to increase adoption and market penetration.
• Client and partner engagement: represent the company to major clients and strategic partners, fostering strong relationships that reinforce our market position and drive customer satisfaction.
• Product and innovation oversight: Guide product strategy to ensure alignment with market needs, client expectations, and our sustainability mission, while encouraging a culture of continuous innovation.
• Funding and investor relations: Lead fundraising initiatives, including managing current investor relations and securing new funding sources to support expansion milestones

🔑 What will make you successful in this position?

• Proven startup experience: Demonstrated success in scaling startups on an international level, ideally within the tech infrastructure sectors or related.
• High-Performance team leadership: Experience building and leading high-caliber teams, with a focus on strategic growth, team alignment, and performance management.
• Fundraising expertise: Strong track record of leading funding rounds, securing investment, and effectively managing relationships with venture capitalists and other investors.
• Industry knowledge: Relevant experience within IT infrastructure, data centers, or similar environments; familiarity with energy efficiency solutions is a plus.
• Sustainability commitment: Passion for sustainable energy and environmental impact, with a drive to lead the company toward a greener future.
