This role is ideal for someone who will thrive working at the intersection of data science and business consulting. The ideal candidate will be someone who is curious and has excellent analytical skills, adroit at cleaning and manipulating data to build reports and dashboards or build predictive models. Additionally the candidate should have the ability to extract the “story” from the data analysis and present succinctly to cross functional teams and executives. What You'll Be Doing
  • Design A/B experiments to evaluate the impact of changes we make to the product using statistical methodologies 
  • Use expert level SQL & Python & R programming to develop data pipelines, write complex queries, and perform deep dive data analysis 
  • Break down nuanced, complex data for partners, keeping context at the forefront of communication 
  • Develop and automate reports in Tableau, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for business priorities 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to formulate and complete full cycle analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations 
  • Define and monitor key KPI's; investigate changes in metrics and propose next steps 
  • Contribute to our team and company data culture through accessible database design and maintenance


What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 3-5 yrs experience in the following: 
  • ---SQL
  • ---Python 
  • ---BI tools (Tableau) 
  • ---Analytics tools (Google Analytics & Mixpanel)
  • ---Snowflake
  • ---DBT
  • Deep understanding of relational databases and data warehousing
  • Working knowledge of Airflow, Nomad and other deployment tools
  • Git PR workflows
  • Lean heavier on Data science skills - preferable to have mix of SQL/Data science rather than just SQL
  • Knowing R programming is a bonus
  • Working knowledge of various machine learning techniques and 1-2 years experience in building and deploying ML/AI solutions
  • Startup & PropTech/Real Estate industry experienced preferred but not required


$140,000 - $145,000 a year
