Strategy & Execution Internship (Summer 2025)

Zurich North America is looking for a Strategy & Execution Intern to join the Corporate Strategy Team for the summer of 2025. As a Strategy & Execution Measurement Intern, you will support the development and execution of ZNA’s strategic and operational agenda.What this opportunity offers:• Driven and dynamic colleagues with wealth of experience in Strategy Consulting / Corporate Strategy• Opportunity to work on ZNA’s most pressing business challenges• Exposure to ZNA’s senior leaders• Opportunity to work on various projects on Strategy & Execution MeasurementResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Performing basic data analysis / modeling• Presenting analysis results to colleagues and business partners• Developing competitive intelligence insights• Creating strategic communications• Researching, synthesizing, and communicating market trendsYou will learn:• Problem structuring and analysis• Answer and hypothesis framing• Primary and secondary research• Project Management• Executive communicationBasic Qualifications:• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related business / analytical field• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program and will be enrolled in the fall of 2025• Two or more years of college coursework (should be a rising Junior or Senior)• Be legally eligible to work in the U.S indefinitelyPreferred Qualifications:• Minimum cumulative current grade point average of 3.0• Critical thinking skills• Problem solving and analytical skills• Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Previous experience in a corporate settingAs an insurance company, Zurich is subject to 18 U.S. Code• 1033.As a condition of employment at Zurich, employees must adhere to any COVID-related health and safety protocols in place at that time (https://www.zurichna.com/careers/faq).A future with Zurich.
