Position: Remote, Madrid

Your Role:

You will assist our local sales team in key areas related to the daily operations of our Iberia subsidiary, contributing to our phenomenal regional growth. You'll manage requests from major retailers, acting as a bridge between customers, our sales team (Country Manager & National Account Manager), and our production and merchandise teams. Join us in our vision to become the leading toy supplier in the region.



Your Impact

Join our regional team, collaborating closely with our merchandising team in China, our third-party logistics partner, and our Spanish and Portuguese customers. Ensure world-class sales support for our growing customer base and local team. Leverage your strengths in empathetic customer service, proactive problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure smooth operations. Your greatest impact will come from your experience with handling retail accounts, understanding production lead times, logistics, and invoicing.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative assistance and support to the Country Manager, KAM, and wider team.
  • Follow up on proforma invoices and fulfill customers’ requirements related to our FOB operations.
  • Prepare quote sheets to track and fulfill orders.
  • Ensure accuracy of master data and information.
  • Place orders for domestic operations across Iberia.
  • Coordinate customer orders to ensure proper execution with our China merchandising team and third-party logistics partner.
  • Enter all information into the SAP system.
  • Manage and optimize EDI platforms.
  • Report any issues or concerns regarding work orders.
  • Track stock levels and incoming orders for warehousing.
  • Handle daily administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with invoicing and follow-up on accounts receivable.
  • Manage other sales operation tasks, including samples, replenishment, and reporting.


REQUIRED
  • 3+ years of sales support experience, focusing on regional retailers.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
  • Ideal experience in international trading.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
