About the role Project manager for the life cycle of a new legacy exhibit titled “Science Aglow" (click to view in portfolio). Designed and developed over 20 high-touch interactive learning stations for audiences K-12. Researched and proposed a comprehensive design and budget package to museum leadership that took into account the prerogatives and timelines of stakeholders across the institution. As the only full-time, design-team member, I made this project and expedient timeline possible by directing cross-functional teams, and recruiting/training unpaid interns and volunteers to support fabrication and installation. We completed the core deliverables on schedule and under budget, including a complete renovation of a 10,000 sq. ft. exhibition space, and installation of 20+ learning stations, including all new instructional graphics I created in collaboration with the in-house graphic designer.
