As a Patient Success Supervisor, my role was very broad! I managed a team of motivated specialists that handled time sensitive and complicated orders. My day to day tasks included coaching & development to meet company KPI's, holding weekly team huddles, timesheet and attendance management, and lead the engagement initiatives in the department.
