About the role I provide program management, planning, and execution support for all internal and external DEI initiatives and activities. In addition, assisting with managing external partnerships with non-profits, other trade organizations, and members to increase diversity in the industry. One of the tasks I enjoy is, overseeing the content for MBA’s DEI web page, ensuring that information is accurate and current. Monitors MBA’s DEI Community page and posts relevant DEI information for members. About the role My primary responsibilities were to engage standard and sole associate members in annual renewal efforts and process new applications for membership. I Identified and provided sales referrals to the education sales team as appropriate. In coordination with the Director of Associate Membership, I supported inquiries from associate members for account maintenance and improvements, including MBA.org ads, Vendor Marketplace listing/search functionality, Newslink promotion, etc. to maximize members’ exposure. It was vital that I maintained accurate and relevant member and customer data in corporate database and also upheld the corporate data integrity standards by identifying and resolving data exception issues (i.e. duplicate records). My team and I collected over $21M in annual dues and another $3M in innovation fee collections. I held the position of VP for MBA Speaks and assisted admins to the CEO in reaching their goal to improving their colleague's public speaking, communication, and leadership skills.

About the role In this role, I reviewed incoming production materials to determine the most efficient method of reproduction. After review, I worked with Operations Technicians to schedule and prioritize production based on submitted requests and allocated resources. Partnered with MBA’s Purchasing Manager to ensure appropriate resources are available to complete production assignments and fulfill internal vendor requests. I contracted shipping for over $400k in event assets to 12 external conferences across the U.S. One of my accomplishments was contracting and installing a new fleet of office copy machines and $200K full production digital print machine that allowed us to produce more material in-house and cut external vendor costs by $25k.
