Emily Petro

Hello! As a former member of the Sales Team to one of D.C.’s top caterers, I learned an incredible amount of culinary, client service, and large-scale production and logistical knowledge. After living in D.C. for almost 10 years, in 2017, I took my talents out West, where I joined the Design Team for a Specialty Event Décor Company in Orange County. Upon returning to D.C. with a craving for creative, and particular knack for chef-focused events, I found a great niche in the freelance world, working with a major non-profit. I headed event production in 9 major cities for a selection of their large-market fundraisers, which connect over 1,000 guests to local restaurants, businesses and an amazing cause. Other freelance projects have included catering consulting, marketing and design work, and other event production and management ventures. I am excited to join this community to explore future relationships and opportunities!
