Job offer pulled because of the market crash 🔥🔥

Just four days ago, I had an offer in hand. Everything seemed perfect. Then the markets crashed, and suddenly, the funding for the position was pulled.

At least I didn’t quit my job for it. At least I didn’t break my lease or move for it, but still, it’s such a letdown. You just can’t trust anything to work out anymore. 😭
