Junior Promo Support Manager

We are looking for a driven and passionate professional Junior Promo Support team member to join us!

  • Previous experience working in the iGaming industry: Customer support, Casino Coordinator, or Compliance Coordinator;
  • Proven proficiency in Excel, Jira, and the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Proven professional proficiency in English is a must. Knowledge of any other languages would be an asset;
  • High communication skills, the ability to organize a day-to-day task, a willingness to learn, and a curious mind are a must-have.

You will have day-to-day responsibility for:

  • Providing full support to Promo Managers and the Team Lead in building and
  • maintaining promo campaigns;
  • Assisting in daily operations: setup file preparation, campaigns creation, maintaining trackers, etc.;
  • Becoming an expert in using our Back Office, Client Area and Tableu systems;
  • Supporting promotional planning alongside Promo Managers;
  • Provide customer support via Jira tickets;
  • Assist in creating tasks for copywriter and promo designer.

You will work closely with:
