Analyst Collection - OTC Collection&Dispute

What can you expect?

Assists with the gathering and analysis of financial information based on cost, price, revenue, and expenses. Develops basic analysis of economic indicators to understand market behavior and emerging trends. Assists in the monthly analysis of financial results.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Contacting customers regarding open positions, requesting payments, identifying reasons for non-payments, usage of escalation process if needed
  • Identify and resolve disputes and unallocated credits / debits on customer
  • Payments, communication with internal departments to resolve open disputes
  • Supporting business with financial analysis e.g. open receivables/past due receivables, price/quantity deviations
  • Weekly reviews of open positions with business
  • Preparing and fill Reports within the deadlines
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

  • Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting
  • Min 1 year experience in the Accounting / Finance department
  • Experience with MS-Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • English on advanced level, additional language is plus
  • Communicative, open minded, hands-on personality
  • Team player
