As an Analyst Collection - OTC Collection & Dispute at Adient in Bratislava Business Centre, you will dive into the world of financial analysis with a focus on customer relationships and dispute resolution. This role offers a perfect blend of analytical skills and communication, allowing you to interact with customers while resolving payment issues and disputes. Your day-to-day tasks will involve contacting customers regarding outstanding payments, identifying the roots of non-payments, and communicating with internal departments to swiftly resolve open disputes. You will also support the business with various financial analyses, keeping tabs on open and past-due receivables as well as price and quantity deviations. With the flexibility of hybrid working, you can enjoy the balance of working remotely up to five days a week while still being part of a dynamic team that values collaboration. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in accounting or finance, a degree in business administration, and is skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel. Experience with SAP is a plus.
