AHRC NYC is seeking a Fiscal Intermediary Director (FID) their for Individualized Support program.
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year plus a low cost comprehensive Benefit package. See Benefit information below.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
§ Knowledge of the principles of administrative management, including budgeting techniques, office procedures, and reporting.
§ Ability to analyze, synthesize, and evaluate a variety of data for use in program development and analysis.
§ Experience in establishing program procedures, policies, or guidelines in adherence to ADMs and government regulations
§ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with broad range of stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
§ Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

At AHRC New York City, we're excited to announce an opening for a Fiscal Intermediary Director (Individualized Supports) in the vibrant city of New York! As a Fiscal Intermediary Director, you'll play a vital role in ensuring compliance with OPWDD ADMs and federal, state, and local mandates for our Individualized Support program. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing EHR data and AR billing reports, providing supervisory leadership to our dedicated program staff, and maintaining effective communication with individuals and families, Support Brokers, and external providers. In this position, you'll have hands-on involvement in developing and presenting progress reports, establishing program initiatives, and overseeing the intake and allocation of caseloads to FI Specialists. We’re looking for someone with at least five years of management experience in the human services field and a strong background in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. A Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field is a must, and a Master's is preferred.
