AIG is recruiting for an HR Program Manager to join our Program Management Team. We are looking for a motivated, self-starting individual with a strong sense of accountability, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment. The Program Manager will deliver HR programs on time, on budget and with realization of targeted benefits.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop and manage Workplans with milestones, work products and deliverables.
Document and socialize project charters.
Establish and manage project teams.
Establish and coordinate a program governance cadence.
Conduct meetings, seminars, and courses
Identify, resolve and escalate issues, risks, action items and decisions.
Provide guidance, direction and support to internal project team members.
Coordinate the involvement of external consultants, when relevant.
Champion leading practices in project management.
Develop and deliver reporting and tracking of project budgets, when relevant.
Document and report project status to key stakeholders.
Balance multiple duties efficiently and effectively
Skills/Abilities:
Experience with Workday and/or Service Now.
Background in HR functions/Operational processes preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal, written communication skills.
Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Interpersonal and customer service focused.
Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Training:
Bachelors degree in related field.
8+ years of related experience required.
PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications desirable.
