Recruiter

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Follows company recruitment program by complying with local, state and federal employment laws and utilizes sourcing and recruiting strategies to ensure that the company can attract the best candidates and determine "cultural fit" for the position.
  • Contacts and provides good faith recruitment with disabled, veterans, women and minority agencies, applicants, colleges, universities, etc.
  • Builds company brand by professionally representing the company to all applicants, employment agencies, universities, etc., and works in conjunction with all company employees to provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Evaluates profiles of potential candidates and performs necessary phone screen assessments (screen all candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and position qualifications); and then works with coordinator to schedule and attends face to face interviews (as needed) pending a positive outcome.
  • Attends college/university career fairs and Jobsite job fairs as needed, occasional out-of-state travel is required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Four-year Human Resources or related degree; or equivalent years of experience.
  • Previous Sourcing certification or formal training required. (i.e. AIRS). 
  • Two years HR sourcing and full cycle recruitment experience.
  • Previous experience utilizing an application tracking system (ATS), preferably Workday.

$61,710.00 - $88,764.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
