Enterprise Data Governance & Platforms (EDGP) is part of the larger Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS) organization. EDGP improves the customer experience and drives business growth through robust enterprise-wide data policies and governance and enabling a data-driven culture, while developing digital and data platforms that provide insightful customer relationships and allow users to leverage enterprise-wide data capabilities.
The Enterprise Data Platforms (EDP) organization is part of the American Express Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS) Group. EDP manages the Big Data Ecosystem which helps to centralize data across the company with built-in governance and democratization of access to a broad user community. The team is driving the future of our business by building products and platforms that delivers trusted and quality data for decision science processes, big data applications and analytical users. We are looking for a Product Manager for our Analytical Insights and Solutions team within the Enterprise Data Platforms organization. This role works closely with Business, Technology, Infrastructure partners and Colleagues to deliver deep insights into platform resource utilization, costs, and performance, enabling strategic optimization initiatives to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
