The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. Membership Portfolio Services is responsible for developing and scaling several growing businesses that are strategically important to American Express. Launched in 2012, Amex Offers is a digital advertising platform that connects Merchants and brands with the tens of millions of American Express Card Members across the globe. The Amex Offers team develops strategic marketing partnerships that deliver unique differentiated value for Merchants and Advertisers to reach high-spending Card Members in the digital channels where they engage with American Express, delivering deep insights and maximizing results. Through this complete marketing solution, we can help advertisers get laser-focused on who our mutual customers are, what they want, and how we can meet their needs.
How will you make an impact in this role?
The Senior Manager, Amex Offers Payments and Accounting is part of the Amex Offers Global Operations Center of Excellence within Amex Offers Digital Media. This individual will report directly to the Director of Amex Offers Global Operations and Oversight and be responsible for supporting the financial and operational processes for Amex Offers Digital Media.
The successful candidate will play a critical role managing the end-to-end invoicing of merchants who participate in Amex Offers along with other finance activities, providing invoice and collections reporting and analytics, supporting effective collection methods, and driving invoicing technology enhancements through automation.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
