We pride ourselves with exceptional customer service in order to provide consumers with a convenient, seamless solution for damaged auto-glass replacement!

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in the service drive and assist them with the check-in process.
  • Perform a detailed inspection of each vehicle to identify windshield damage.
  • Inform customers of our windshield replacement services and any applicable warranties.
  • Schedule windshield replacement appointments for interested customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.
