Additionally, you'll need to demonstrate good attendance and punctuality, an ability to work well in a team, and a positive, patient attitude when interacting with clients. Communication with Client Care Coordinators regarding your availability is also crucial.

At Anova Care, scheduling is designed to be flexible. We take your availability and location into account, aiming to schedule clients within 20 minutes of your primary address. Our care coordinators will reach out to discuss clients who match your experience and preferences. You’ll be informed about the client, their expected schedule, pay rates, and specific responsibilities before you agree to work with them.

New In Home Care Providers at Anova Care undergo a thorough training process, which includes an in-person interview followed by a training session to fill out necessary paperwork. You'll also receive hands-on training as you begin working with clients, especially those with specific routines or needs. This training ensures you feel confident and prepared when you step into your role.

In Home Care Providers at Anova Care earn a competitive pay rate between $20.00 and $25.00, based on client needs and the nature of the shift. You will always be informed about the pay rate by your care coordinators when being scheduled for a client. Additionally, you’ll receive your payment twice monthly, on the 1st and 15th of each month.
