Job Description: As a Licensed Sales Agent, you will play a key role in prospecting, quoting, and selling life and health insurance policies. You'll work within a dynamic, growth-focused team while providing expert recommendations and building lasting relationships with clients. Your goal is to identify coverage gaps and offer solutions that best meet your clients' needs.

Prospecting & Quoting: Generate leads and provide quotes to potential customers based on their unique needs.
Sales & Closing: Use proven sales techniques to identify customer needs, highlight coverage gaps, and convert prospects into clients.
Follow-Up: Adhere to agency guidelines to ensure timely follow-ups and meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Customer Service: Assist clients throughout the insurance process, ensuring their needs are met and they’re fully protected.
Sales Goals: Achieve personal sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Adherence to Policies: Comply with industry regulations and internal processes to protect both the agency and its clients.

Current Life & Health Insurance License: If you don’t already have one, we’ll support you with training and resources to obtain the necessary state license.

Compensation: Weekly commission + monthly performance-based bonuses.
Earning Potential: Average earning potential of $60,000 - $100,000+ per year.
