Senior HR Generalist

Arconic is currently in search of a Senior HR Generalist to join our Rolled Products North America Team based out of Alcoa, TN.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to support our Rolled Products North America Headquarter team. The incumbent must be passionate about translating business priorities into high impact HR solutions. This role requires an experienced HR professional with solid organization skills, a high capacity for attention to detail and a track record improving processes and efficiency. The incumbent must demonstrate exceptional work ethic, judgment, discretion and practicality while dealing with ambiguity and delivering within a rapidly changing and developing environment.
