Job Description

ARHS Group – part of Accenture - is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join as a Team Lead (Delivery Lead) & Scrum Master for one of our clients in Brussels, a key player on the Belgian energy market.

Context: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 10 Full-Time Employees (FTE) in a complex and large organization with a sophisticated release management process. This role requires a strong background in delivery and team leadership within an agile context.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 10 FTEs.
  • Conduct detailed sprint planning to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Report status to internal management and client counterparts.
  • Organize and facilitate scrum ceremonies.
  • Manage dependencies with other teams.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in delivery and team leadership within a complex and large organization.
  • Strong background in agile methodologies and practices.
  • Experience in working with ATCI.
  • Able to thrive in a hybrid work environment: possibility to come to the Brussels office twice a week.

Technical Skills:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in Dutch or French is highly desirable.
