The Program Manager - Data Monetization is a strategic business development role focused on driving revenue growth by selling targeted, data-driven market insights. This individual will build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, positioning chargeable data solutions as high-value opportunities that generate demand and maximize ROI.
By leveraging data insights and market intelligence, the Program Manager will craft compelling value propositions that demonstrate the impact related to enhancing brand visibility and driving sales performance. While execution is managed by specialized teams, the Program Manager will collect, assess and share market requirements and feedback, ensure a seamless handoff and maintain oversight of performance to refine future sales strategies.
What You'll Be Doing:
Customer Engagement & Sales
Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers to position chargeable insights as essential tools for business growth.
Identify customer needs and develop tailored, data-driven proposals that demonstrate clear business impact.
Lead sales efforts, securing investment in market insights by aligning solutions with customer objectives.
Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value and ROI of chargeable insights.
Work cross-functionally to define and refine the value proposition of insights-based solutions.
Market Development & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies that drive adoption and monetization of chargeable insights.
Identify new business opportunities by aligning market intelligence with customer priorities.
Contribute to the evolution of data monetization strategies, ensuring continuous revenue growth.
Delivery Handoff & Performance Optimization
Ensure a seamless transition from sale to execution, maintaining alignment between customer expectations and delivery teams.
Track performance and impact of delivered insights, reinforcing value in future engagements.
Gather and apply customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve solution offerings.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or program management, preferably in data-driven sales strategies or digital marketing.
Strong track record of revenue growth and business development through data monetization initiatives.
Experience engaging suppliers, vendors, or partners in a sales-driven environment.
Deep understanding of data analytics, digital marketing, and data-driven strategies.
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating with cross-functional global teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Work Arrangement:
Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
