As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Aspire Living & Learning, your responsibilities include providing crucial support to individuals with developmental disabilities. To qualify for the Direct Support Professional position at Aspire Living & Learning, a High School Diploma or GED is required. Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is strongly preferred. You should also possess basic computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a valid driver's license with at least three years of driving experience.
