Strategic Account Manager

The Account Manager plays a key role in cultivating and maintaining AssistRx's strategic relationships with Pharmaceutical manufacturing partners. This involves working closely with pharmaceutical executives to ensure they receive maximum value from iAssists features and services.Responsibilities:• Develops strategic partnerships with clients by understanding their business goals, technical challenges, and infrastructure configurations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.• Serves as an advisor to clients and colleagues, providing expert guidance and support.• Presents new ideas and innovations to clients to upsell and enhance their products and services.• Conducts research to identify high-level solutions for clients.• Builds strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and conference calls to review service quality and ensure they are receiving maximum benefit from iAssists features and benefits.• Collaborates with Client Services to resolve complex support issues effectively.• Delivers recommended services to achieve high client satisfaction and trust.• Determines the most effective method of problem resolution by utilizing internal resources when necessary.• Serves as the primary point of contact for sales and service.• Participates in client quarterly reviews, attends annual Plan Of Action meetings, and other travel as needed.• Plans milestones and tracks progress.• Effectively communicates information to stakeholders.Requirements:• Effective verbal and written communication skills.• Excellent listening skills and comprehension.• Ability to present information to various stakeholders.• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.• Minimum three years of experience in customer support and/or sales capacity roles.• Experience working in Pharma is essential.• Project Management, HUB Operations, or Specialty Pharmacy Operations/Account Management experience is highly desirable.• Tech skills are a must.Benefits:• Friendly, progressive, and fast-paced work environment.• Competitive pay structure.• Matching 401(k) plan with immediate vesting.• Medical, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance.AssistRx, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
