The Service Coordinator is responsible for processing and scheduling new Service Work Orders using the company’s order processing system (CRM). This includes preparing and processing service quotes, orders, and tickets, as well as logging technician check-ins. The role involves field service coordination and interfacing with various stakeholders such as Field Services Engineers, third-party Technicians, General Contractors, Electricians, and Tile vendors to ensure the completion of Service Work Orders. Additionally, the Service Coordinator will review service paperwork, communicate with Account Managers, update the company’s ERP system, maintain job status, and follow up on service schedules.
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
