As Head of GTM Systems, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimising a world-class GTM tech stack that powers a category leader in the Data & AI Governance space.

What will you do? 🤔

  1. Own and optimise Atlan’s GTM tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency across sales, marketing, customer success, and post-sales operations.

  2. Evaluate, implement, and manage new AI-driven GTM tools, scaling experiments and processes to drive revenue growth and team productivity.

  3. Redesign processes with emerging technologies, blending deep SFDC expertise with curiosity and adaptability to future-proof our GTM strategy.

  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and HR to align technology and processes with business goals.

  5. Lead end-to-end system implementations and enhancements, from hands-on configuration to strategic roadmap development.

  6. Analyse data and provide actionable insights, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency while identifying opportunities for automation and operational improvement.

  7. Develop a scalable reporting infrastructure to enhance decision-making and optimize GTM execution.

  8. Start as an individual contributor with the opportunity to build and lead a team over time.
