Join our newly established Sales Tools team, the internal powerhouse responsible for creating tools that support our extensive sales organization and other internal clients. Having successfully delivered the first version of our internal Sales CRM, we are now looking for a talented Product Manager to drive the growth and evolution of this tool. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and shape the product alongside them. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to create impactful solutions.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers, to bring features to life that enhance our sales processes' efficiency, transparency, and convenience.
  • Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to design, feature prioritization, sprint management, and adoption, leveraging internal software engineering resources.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our in-house CRM and its connected products, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Own the product roadmap, including its definition, prioritization, backlog management, specification building, and product roll-out strategy, in collaboration with your team.
  • Bridge the gap between business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions and enable fast iterations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years as a Product Manager in Agile software development (Project Managers transitioning to product roles or Scrum Masters are welcome).
  • Experience with sales tooling and CRM systems (B2B experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communicator, adept at conveying ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven leadership in iterative software development, with skills in problem-solving, troubleshooting, team motivation, and conflict resolution.
  • Data-driven decision-maker, skilled in using metrics to validate assumptions, design experiments, and analyze results.
