Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated professional ready to advance their sales career in the Construction Tech industry. This role represents Autodesk Construction Solutions in an assigned territory, offering the opportunity to innovate within a traditionally slow-adopting sector.
The individual will be a key resource and expert in their territory, focusing on building new business and expanding existing accounts. Autodesk Construction Solutions combines a start-up culture with the backing of a successful software company.
We support hybrid working arrangements. You may work from one of our offices if convenient, or remotely. You will report to the Senior Manager ACS Sales.
Responsibilities
Manage the sales cycle from prospect to close, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
Demonstrate the value of SaaS software to potential customers in a dynamic market
Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position Autodesk Construction Cloud
Collaborate with the Technical Sales and Product Specialist team to deliver compelling proposals
Partner with marketing and business development teams to generate and qualify leads
Work with reseller partners to drive business through partnerships
Adopt a growth mindset to develop the territory
Minimum Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in SaaS sales
Proven track record of exceeding quotas
Team player with a collaborative spirit
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
