Position Overview

We're looking for a strategic, collaborative outbound sales expert to join our team in India. You will be a part of the APAC Business Development organization at Autodesk. We're a fast-growing, hybrid team. We convene a few times per month for intentional gatherings in our offices to create learning opportunities, recognize performance, and spend time building team relationships.

You will report to the Sales Development Hub Manager, and the job's workplace type is hybrid.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account-based marketers and Account Executives to build a qualified pipeline of customers
  • Prospect customers by using outbound medium technologies to promote Autodesk solutions
  • Identify target markets, develop leads, and directly prospect into those accounts
  • Transition qualified opportunities to the appropriate inside sales representative
  • Map key stakeholders, technical requirements, and business processes on all deals
  • Create additional revenue opportunities by applying incremental projects initiated by sales management
  • Manage a database of leads in Salesforce.com, processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting, and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline
  • Proficient in identifying main decision-makers in other organizations within the accounts to find additional sales opportunities
  • Prospect into targeted Mid-Market accounts to increase the productivity of Autodesk's sales teams by identifying revenue opportunities with well-qualified prospects
  • Interact with clients of all levels, in many industries, and across a broad geographical area without closing the sale

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of sales experience or construction experience
  • Excellent English skills (written and oral)
  • Empathy with clients and confidence to inspire trust
  • Strong organization and management of deadlines
  • Eagerness to prospect and cold call new logos and existing strategic clients
  • Confidence in managing a pipeline of leads and opportunities
