Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic assistant to join our team supporting Real Estate Sales Professionals.

This is a full-time, on-site position with expected hours M-F 8:30am-5pm (not a remote position).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones
  • Distribute and prepare incoming and outgoing mail.
  • General office support functions including greeting customers and maintaining office appearance, opening and closing.
  • Pull reports as directed by sales manager, staff and agents
  • Process and monitor marketing agreements from inception to close.
  • Responsible for office’s social media presence
  • Assist and support real estate agents with the tools and resources to help them drive their business
  • Provide group and 1:1 technology training
  • Assist agents with the MLS and perform MLS tasks as required
  • Assist agents with marketing support including updating websites and social media content and strategy

Requirements:

  • Real estate knowledge is a plus
  • Marketing and/or social media experience
  • Comfortable training and supporting others' learning
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task & prioritize
  • Strong computer skills - including Google platform and Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Professional appearance
  • Proactive
