In this role, you will drive the evolution of our development and deployment processes, ensuring our applications are robust, scalable, and secure. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design, implement, and optimize our DevOps toolchain, emphasizing the Microsoft DevOps ecosystem.Key Responsibilities• Design, build, and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub to streamline software delivery.• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.• Monitor, analyze, and enhance application performance using tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights, ensuring high availability and reliability.• Partner with development, QA, and operations teams to optimize the software development lifecycle and accelerate delivery timelines.• Manage version control systems, define branching strategies, and automate builds using Azure Repos and GitHub.• Embed security best practices into all development, deployment, and operations stages.• Diagnose and resolve complex application deployment, infrastructure, and pipeline performance issues.• Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering or a similar role.• Deep expertise with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and the broader Microsoft DevOps toolset.• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.• Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.• Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Qualifications• Experience with additional DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, or Chef.• Relevant certifications include Microsoft Certified and Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.• Proven experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
