Summary
We’re hiring a senior executive assistant (EA) to support key members of our leadership team. This role requires high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and keen emotional intelligence to help coordinate executive activity across a fast-growing organization. The EA will work closely with the Chief of staff to maximize the effectiveness of the executive team and the organization at large. The ideal candidate will delight in bringing simplicity to settings with high volumes of information and noise — and be eager to expand their impact on the work we do at Blue River Technology and how we do it.

The US annual base salary range for this position is $112,000 - $168,000, along with eligibility for Blue River’s bonus and benefit programs.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
