Job Description

We are seeking a Finance Manager.

Pay Range: $120,350 - $146,917. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.

The Manager of Finance – Commercial provides the finance and business acumen necessary to achieve Organization revenue and profitability objectives. The Manager will lead strategical analysis to support an understanding and achievement of financial targets through decision support and leadership. 
•    Develops financial models, proposals, presentations, and performance measures to support the achievement of Segment, Customer and Product-level revenue and profitability targets
•    Organize and streamline Organizational processes, leading the development of reporting on key productivity and profitability metrics 
•    Develop databases and analytical tools to support building out the framework for increasing Company revenue and profitability

•    Lead the Sales, Innovation, and Dispenser teams with Budgeting, Forecasting and Close processes while supporting multi-year strategic planning

Qualifications

Qualifications
•    BA degree in Finance or Accounting required, MBA preferred
•    Prior experience in a similar Finance role with prior Commercial/Pricing responsibilities, preferably in the CPG industry.
•    Prior experience technical experience working across varying ERPs, with good knowledge of Oracle, Essbase. 
•    Willingness and enthusiasm to challenge existing ways of working and methods
•    Agile and flexible in response to new demands and changes
•    Ability to handle a high amount of stress related to the business environment. Tenacity to operate and deliver within a changing business environment and demonstrate resilience at times of high pressure.
•    Strong presentation skills - the ability to be able to interact with both external and internal customers and effectively communicate thoughts and ideas.
•    Strong interpersonal skills - be able to effectively work with Sales, Operations, Commercial solutions team.
•    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to analyze and interpret contractual, financial, technical, operational data and contracts.
•    Strong influencing skills - the ability to prompt member of Sales, Finance, and Operations to accept proposed pro-forma recommendations
•    Prior Program and Project Management experience
