Boeing Defense & Space (BDS) is currently looking for a Project Management Specialist to join the Hardware & Software Integration IPT team located in El Segundo, CA.
Position Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain control account baselines, including budgets, schedules, and technical performance measures.
Develop and implement Earned Value Management (EVM) systems and processes.
Monitor and analyze control account performance, identifying variances and trends.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to project managers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with project team members to develop and implement corrective action plans.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry standards.
Participate in project reviews and audits.
Forecast Estimates to Complete (ETC) and Estimates at Completion (EAC).
Perform variance analysis (cost, schedule, and technical).
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):
3+ years of experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience):
Prior experience with Scheduling
Previous experience in a technical setting, coordinating between various technical stakeholders
Boeing CAM Certified or equivalent

Summary Pay Range: (Mid-Level, Level 3): $93,500 - $126,500
Summary pay range (Senior-Level 4): $115,600 - $156,400
