Responsabilidades / Responsibilities

As an LMS Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting and operating our Learning Management System(s) (LMS). You will coordinate the deployment of courses, work closely with the IT team and LMS vendors, and ensure the smooth functioning of our learning platforms. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our educational programs and the professional growth of our team members.

 

Daily Operations & Maintenance: Ensure the quality and integrity of LMS content, manage catalogues, version control, and archival information.

 

Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity rules and processes, including course descriptions, class changes, instructors, and enrollments.

 

Troubleshooting & Support: Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and manage escalations. Identify areas for increased efficiency and enhancements.

 

Content Management: Develop and maintain LMS functionality, including content integrations, curriculum programs, eligibility rules, notifications, reporting, and mobile app support.

 

Governance & Documentation: Document standardized LMS operational processes and ensure adherence to governance models.

 

Reporting & Analysis: Provide detailed reports and analysis on program performance, content, and completions to support business requirements.

 

Course Deployment: Deploy online courses via LMS and Rustici Content Controller, ensuring technical and quality standards are met.

 

Collaboration: Partner with IT and LMS vendors to resolve helpdesk tickets and collaborate on migration and integration efforts.

Requisitos / Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

 

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in LMS administration, learning platforms, or electronic performance tracking applications.

 

Lenguages: Advanced English (C1)

 

Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build cross-functional relationships.

 

Technical Proficiency: Experience with HR/Business technology solutions, both on-premise and cloud platforms.

                                    Knowledge of Halight LMS, Rustici Content Controller, and Workday LMS.

 

Certifications: Preferred certifications in Project Management and Information Technology.

 

Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a continually changing business environment.

 

Note: All internal candidates must inform and get aproval from their direct leaders about the interest of been part of the process.

And at least 1 year in actual position (required for internal)
