In this role, you will directly support the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Department of the Air Force by providing essential administrative and facilities support for the Air Force Small Business and Innovation Research Program Management Office (PMO). Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence with a friendly smile. You’ll also be in charge of managing IT equipment and setup for conference rooms, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our stakeholders. We value documentation, so you’ll keep our databases and records accurate and organized. A big part of the job is greeting visitors and answering inquiries, showcasing your excellent interpersonal skills. In addition to your purely administrative tasks, you'll collaborate with financial managers and help prepare contracting materials, making sure everything is compliant and timely. Having at least 5 years of experience in office management and a strong understanding of federal agency protocols will set you apart in this role.
