Account Executive - UK & Europe

Are you ready to lead the charge in driving growth and representing C-Serv? As our Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our regional footprint by identifying, engaging, and bringing onboard new enterprise clients.

In this dynamic role, you'll take the reins of your own pipeline, turning initial outreach into significant partnerships and closing high-value deals with prospects by demonstrating how C-Serv can help them achieve their goals. 1.    Client Acquisition:

  • Actively seek out and connect with potential clients in the Cybersecurity, Cloud, Networking and DevOps fields, focusing on the enterprise sector throughout Europe and the UK.
  • Make 100 bespoke, targeted outreaches to prospects each week, through a combination of cold calls and tailored LinkedIn outreaches each week.
  • Secure at least 3-5 new meetings weekly.
  • Within 2 months, develop and maintain a solid pipeline of 100–200 high-value enterprise prospects, ensuring a steady flow of 5+ active meetings each week.
  • Embrace a consultative sales approach by deeply understanding client challenges and positioning our company's global workforce and consulting solutions as the perfect match.
  • Achieve at least 2 closed deals in the first 6 months, with a further 2 in the contract negotiation stage, establishing a strong foundation to secure 7 figure new business revenue within the first year.
  • Foster ongoing relationships with qualified prospects, laying the groundwork for enduring engagement and future business opportunities.

2.   Strategic Selling:

  • Create customized solutions for organizations embarking on their global expansion journey, ensuring workforce compliance and sourcing specialized technical talent around the world. 
  • Utilize a consultative sales strategy to uncover client requirements and establish our company as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Provide opportunities for the CEO to observe calls and offer insights.
  • Tap into both internal and external resources to stay current with our solutions and industry trends.

3.   Pipeline Management and Reporting: 

  • Leverage the CRM system to effectively manage the sales pipeline, monitor interactions, and ensure that every prospect and sales opportunity is meticulously recorded.
  • Deliver precise weekly progress reports, highlighting essential metrics and insights for the CEO.
  • Ensure that all prospects receive consistent follow-ups and are seamlessly advanced through the sales funnel.

4.  Collaboration:

  • Partner with the CEO to tap into existing networks, engage in high-level client meetings, and refine outreach strategies for impactful opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with talent acquisition and delivery teams to facilitate a seamless client journey and outstanding results.
  • Foster open and consistent communication with internal teams to align on client objectives, timelines, and expectations.
  • Team up with colleagues to brainstorm innovative ways to enhance our service to clients.
