Guidewire QA Delivery Lead

Job Location: Hartford, Connecticut

• Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and approaches to ensure quality while optimizing test efforts.
• Engage in requirement sessions to understand detailed solutions.
• Plan and estimate upcoming work across base stories and test phases.
• Scope work across iterations for a given Program Increment(s) and lead the team towards completion.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews to understand and plan for complexities.
• Continuously engage with QE stakeholders across the program, driving work towards completion.
• Create weekly and quarterly status reports to monitor progress regularly.
• Escalate and manage any deviations from the plan.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in end-to-end testing implementation for Guidewire/Insurance projects.
• Experience in at least two full insurance transformation project implementations, covering all project phases.
• Proficiency in building bottom-up testing estimates across various technologies.
• Expertise in developing detailed metrics to track and report test progress.
• Ability to write detailed strategies and approaches, and execute them effectively.
• Familiarity with multiple automation tools and frameworks to enhance automation efforts.
• Preferred experience in managing non-functional testing such as Accessibility, Security, and Performance Testing.
• Preferred experience with Specialty lines implementation for US middle to large business segments.
