Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing customer interface and provides a variety of services, solutions, support, and information in a manner that builds trust, confidence, and long-term business. The customer service/inside sales representative is the primary internal customer point of contact for service, information regarding products, and customer complaints.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7a-4p
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 an hr depending on experience

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our B2-B customers, building trust and long-lasting relationships while ensuring their needs are met. Working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, you can say goodbye to weekend shifts! You'll have the chance to manage and track large multi-service-center orders, respond to customer inquiries, and advocate for our customers’ needs within the organization. If you have 1-3 years of relevant experience and are skilled in customer support, this is your opportunity to shine.
