Business Development Representative

CHANGE Networks is a multinational IT company with expertise in software development and networking equipment distribution worldwide. It is based in India with international offices in Dubai, Hong Kong, China and USA. Job Description:

 Setting targets, creating performance plans and maintaining standards for sale representatives

 Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments

 Planning the sales strategy and Optimization of sales

 Searching for clients who might benefit from the company’s products  Documentation and control of target achievement

 Negotiation of terms and contracts with clients

 Reporting to the Executive Board

 Establish and implement a scalable sales process, ensuring consistent adherence by the sales team.

 Plan and preside over weekly sales team meetings

 Maintain a thorough understanding of customer needs and preferences, adapting approaches as necessary.

 Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service

 Tracking sales team metrics and sharing them with company leadership

 Provide pre-sales and post-sales service support and assistance
