We're seeking a Business Manager in Miami, Florida to oversee the Offshore Latin America Mexico Team. This role involves financial planning, sales management, project management, and change management initiatives. Job responsibilities: 

  • Partner with finance to manage financial planning and forecasting processes and drive the disciplined expense management by monitor performance against plans
  • Conduct analyses to drive further insights and opportunities and provide business information and analysis (e.g., financial reporting, forecasting)
  • Understand Wealth Management and Market Business initiatives, priorities, and objectives and ensure that those initiatives, priorities, and objectives are incorporated into the Market Business plan. And then communicate those initiatives, priorities, and objectives to the Market, and monitor/report on progress towards goals
  • Partner with Business-aligned functional areas (Client Service, Onboarding, Solutions, Asset Class Leaders, Finance, SM, Compliance) with respect to change management initiatives impacting the Market
  • Develop and maintain robust sales management processes and toolkits for market manager
  • Manage client segmentation strategies and monitor results
  • Assist in sales management sessions with the Market Manager by assisting with the meeting management and agenda setting (e.g., Market Managers Calls, Role Play Sessions, etc.).
  • Coordinate with hiring manager and HR on the on-boarding of new hires
  • Evaluate the administrative needs and capacity of the administrative teams (provide point of contact for admin team)
  • Approve the procurement of goods and services and market level expense reports
  • Organize all hands-on meetings, forums and events (e.g., town halls and assist in all other office related or admin issues

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 

  • An interest in business management, project management, and business analysis
  • Ability to understand and analyze business processes, products, and initiatives to identify risks, improve processes, and develop innovative solutions
  • Ability to prioritize across multiple deliverables concurrently and execute within deadlines
  • Experience in presenting priorities, initiatives and updates to senior management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years working experience
