What You’ll Do

  • Be the Franchisee’s Marketing Coach – Provide clear brand standards, customized local marketing strategies, and real-time feedback to drive shop-level success.
  • Boost Traffic & Sales – Engage directly in local store marketing to attract customers and grow revenue at new and existing locations.
  • Launch New Shops – Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new store openings across legacy and emerging markets.
  • Make Loyalty Irresistible – Enhance and optimize our loyalty program, app, and online ordering experience to maximize customer engagement.
  • Run Kickass Campaigns – Plan and execute bold, unconventional marketing campaigns that keep Cheba Hut at the top of customers' minds.
  • Own the Brand Voice – Oversee social media, PR, and crisis communications to ensure our message stays fresh, relevant, and unmistakably Cheba Hut.
  • Optimize Budgets & Performance – Manage brand marketing funds, analyze data, and track ROI.
