Cin7 is looking for a sales-driven Partner Manager to join our APAC Partnerships & Channel Sales team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating revenue, and driving partner-led sales.


This role will inherit a strong ecosystem of legacy partners, many of whom are in our Tier 1 partner category. You will hit the ground running with partners bringing new business and supporting existing clients. You will also focus on re-engaging dormant partners, generate new partner-driven deals, and drive revenue growth through strategic partner relationships. Success in this role means consistently sourcing new business through partners, ensuring partners are engaged and actively contributing to sales opportunities. You will spend time in our community and ecosystem locally - we are looking for someone who is relationship-oriented, loves to talk shop with clients and partners, and leads with curiosity. You will be joining one of the best established partner programs in the SaaS space, known for our partner community, our prioritization of our partner services, and our genuine love for the ecosystem.


Duties & Responsibilities
  • Drive partner sales opportunities, focusing on new business generation through the partner network.
  • Re-engage dormant partners, identifying opportunities to drive revenue through existing relationships.
  • Own the sales cycle for partner-driven deals, working collaboratively with partners to qualify, progress, and close opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and recruit high-potential partners who can drive incremental revenue.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless collaboration between direct and partner sales motions.
  • Track and analyze partner performance, identifying opportunities to increase sales efficiency and deal velocity.
  • Educate partners on Cin7’s value proposition, key differentiators, and sales strategies.
  • Support co-branded marketing initiatives, partner events, and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, enablement, and customer success) to maximize partner effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate deal tracking and forecasting in CRM (Salesforce, Impartner, or other tools used by Cin7).


What You'll Bring With You
  • 3-5 years of sales experience preferably in SaaS, ERP, ecomm tech, or channel sales.
  • Proven track record of generating revenue, building pipelines, and closing deals.
  • Strong ability to sell through partners, influence key stakeholders, and drive partner-led revenue.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
  • Comfortable with outbound sales motions, including prospecting, lead qualification, and deal acceleration.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce) and partner enablement platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, ERP, or SaaS solutions is highly preferred.
  • Relationship focused with ability to jump into technical discussions and build community in our APAC region.
