We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of our flexible accommodation business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, facilitating seamless communication between teams, and providing outstanding support to our clients.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Slack).
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Working Hours:
The standard working hours for this position are from 8 am to 5 pm UK time during the week.
6 working days with 1 day off (Sunday), this will become 5 working days with 2 days off when you get promoted to senior distribution assistant.
