About the Role

As our Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in engaging and converting prospects into customers. You’ll guide potential clients through our offerings, address objections, and close small-to-mid-sized deals remotely. Working closely with marketing, SDRs, and field sales, you’ll help optimize conversion rates and contribute to Citygreen’s expansion.

This is a remote role based in the Philippines, requiring work during U.S. business hours (night shift).

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead Engagement & Follow-Up

  • Manage inbound and SDR-qualified leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess customer needs and pain points.

Consultative Selling & Objection Handling

  • Educate prospects on Citygreen’s solutions, ROI, and long-term benefits.
  • Address concerns about cost, implementation, and alternatives effectively.

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline within HubSpot CRM, tracking all engagements, follow-ups, and conversions.

Proposal & Quoting

  • Create custom proposals and pricing quotes for small-to-mid-sized projects.
  • Coordinate with the field sales team on large-scale opportunities.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with marketing, SDRs, and sales teams to improve conversion rates.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and lead quality to refine sales strategies.
