Responsibilities: Overseeing HR operations, employee relations, benefits, compensation, compliance, talent acquisition, and managing HR team performance and vendor relationships.
Skills: Strong leadership in HR initiatives, knowledge of employment law, HRIS management, excellent communication, and project management skills are essential.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, 10+ years of HR experience, and SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
Location: St Paul, MN, US
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $90,000 - $130,000.

Your Role as Director of Human Resources
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading the HR function and team at College Possible. This role oversees key HR areas including employee relations, benefits, compensation, HRIS, performance management, legal compliance, and organizational development. The Director ensures that all HR operations align with organizational needs while fostering a strong, consistent, and legally compliant HR infrastructure. This position reports to the Sr. Vice President of People + Culture and directly supervises HR team members.
