Join Our Team as a Compassionate Hospice Nurse!

Are you a dedicated and caring Registered Nurse Case Manager looking for a fulfilling career opportunity? Look no further! Our hospice organization is seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse to join our team. As a Hospice Nurse, you will have the unique opportunity to provide holistic and personalized care to patients and their families during their end-of-life journey.

This role will administer compassionate nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with their individualized care plans. Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions. Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, fostering a comforting and supportive environment. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. Document patient care accurately and timely, adhering to professional and regulatory standards. Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in hospice care.

 

EXPEREINCE AND LICENSURE:

  • Current RN Licensure with state of employment with no encumbrance
  • Previous nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care, highly preferred.
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to provide comfort and support to patients and families during a challenging time.
  • Valid driver’s license with current automobile insurance
  •  Reliable vehicle

COMPENSATION (COLORADO ONLY):

This role provides a competitive base salary. Our starting range is between $85,000 to $95,000 annually. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

 

SCHEDULE:

The schedule for this position entails Monday through Friday day shifts. On-call duties, which may include after-hours and weekend work, will be rotated based on location.
